(OTCQX: OFED) (the "Company"), the holding company for Oconee Federal Savings and Loan Association ("Oconee Federal"), announced today net income of $4.9 million, or $0.84 per diluted share, for the year ended June 30, 2026, which was more than the net income of $4.2 million, or $0.73 per diluted share, for the year ended June 30, 2025.
