("Republic" or the "Company") reported second quarter 2026 net income and Diluted Earnings per Class A Common Share ("Diluted EPS") of $32.9 million and $1.68 per share, representing increases of 4% over the $31.5 million and $1.61 per share reported for the second quarter of 2025.
