Richmond Mutual Bancorporation, Inc. (NASDAQ: RMBI) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend on Richmond Mutual Bancorporation common stock of $0.15 per share. Richmond Mutual Bancorporation, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the "Company") (NASDAQ: RMBI), parent company of First Bank Richmond, today reported net income of $2.2 million, or diluted earnings per share of $0.22, for the second quarter of 2026. This compares to net income of $2.8 million, or $0.28 diluted earnings per share, for the first quarter of 2026, and net income of $2.6 million, or diluted earnings per share of $0.26, for the second quarter of 2025.
