NEW YORK, September 17, 2026--The Board of Directors of Chimera Investment Corporation ("Chimera") has declared its third quarter cash dividend of $0.45 per common share, consistent with dividends for the first and second quarters of 2026 and in line with the Board’s previously stated expectation to maintain the $0.45 quarterly dividend throughout 2026.
