The distribution is subject to the following ex-dividend, record and payment dates set by the Fund's Board of Trustees.
Bluerock High Income Institutional Credit Fund (the "Fund" or the "High Income Fund" tickers: IIMAX, IIMCX, IIMWX) today announced its sixteenth consecutive regular quarterly distribution, generating an 8.5% current annualized distribution rate.1 Shareholders invested for the entire quarter will receive a total distribution of approximately $0.47 per share.
