Innovator U.S. Equity Buffer ETF - February is an actively managed exchange-traded fund designed to provide exposure to U.S. large-cap equities through a defined-outcome strategy. The fund uses FLEX options linked to the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust to seek price-return participation in the S&P 500, up to a predetermined cap, while buffering investors against the first 9% of losses over each annual outcome period.
