NEW YORK, August 26, 2026--KBRA assigns a ‘AA-’ rating to $28.5 million Series H Mandatory Redeemable Preferred Shares ("MRPS") issued by Calamos Global Dynamic Income Fund (the "Fund" or "CHW"). Concurrently, KBRA affirms the ratings assigned to the outstanding Series C and E MRPS issued by the Fund. The Outlook on all ratings is Stable.
The Boards of Trustees of six of Calamos Investments' closed-end funds (the Funds) today announced the issuance of additional series of mandatory redeemable preferred (MRP) shares totaling $248.25 million. The newly issued MRP shares will provide additional financial leverage for the Funds.
