Nomura Focused International Core ETF

Nomura Focused International Core ETF is an equity exchange-traded fund designed to provide broad exposure to non-U.S. companies across developed and emerging markets. The fund primarily invests in common stocks and may also hold depositary receipts, with a portfolio concentrated in large-cap companies and built using bottom-up fundamental analysis. It focuses on diversified business activity outside the United States, giving investors access to international sectors such as financials, industrials, technology, healthcare, and consumer businesses. The ETF is non-diversified and is structured to invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in equity companies under normal circumstances.
