Invesco High Yield Systematic Bond ETF is an actively managed fixed income ETF designed to provide exposure to U.S. high-yield, below-investment-grade corporate bonds. The fund uses a systematic, factor-based approach to select and weight holdings, and it may also use derivatives and other instruments with similar economic characteristics to those securities. Its portfolio is built to participate in the high-yield credit market while maintaining flexibility across issuers, sectors, and maturities. The ETF can invest in corporate and government high-yield securities, as well as a limited allocation to U.S. Treasury and agency securities and certain collateralized debt obligations.
