The 21Shares Sui ETF is a spot exchange-traded fund that provides investors with regulated exposure to the price performance of SUI, the native token of the Sui blockchain. Launched by 21Shares, a leading provider of digital asset exchange-traded products, it tracks SUI directly through holdings of the token, adjusted for expenses and potential staking rewards, without representing direct ownership of SUI. Sui is a high-performance Layer 1 blockchain developed by former Meta engineers from the Diem and Libra projects, utilizing the secure Move programming language and an object-centric model for parallel transaction processing. This enables internet-scale throughput, near-instant confirmations, low costs, and features like zkLogin for seamless user onboarding, supporting applications in payments, stablecoin transfers, tokenization, DeFi, gaming, and AI.
