This index provides exposure to large- and mid-cap companies across 21 developed markets outside the U.S. and Canada, systematically tilting toward stocks exhibiting positive analyst sentiment signals. Analyst sentiment is measured through changes in professional sell-side forecasts, equally weighting five key revisions: earnings estimates, EBITDA estimates, sales estimates, price target adjustments, and buy/sell recommendation changes. The optimization process maximizes exposure to high-sentiment stocks while anchoring sector and country weights to the MSCI EAFE benchmark, capping individual positions, and targeting an ex-ante tracking error of 4% or less.
