John Hancock Disciplined Value Select ETF is an actively managed U.S. large-cap equity exchange-traded fund designed to pursue long-term capital growth through a concentrated value approach. The strategy targets companies the managers judge to be undervalued based on fundamentals such as price-to-book, price-to-earnings, cash flow, dividend yield, and management quality, using a bottom‑up process that blends quantitative signals with detailed fundamental research. Subadvised by Boston Partners, the portfolio is intentionally focused—holding roughly 35–40 high‑conviction positions—to express the team’s best ideas within the value universe.
