Based on the Fund’s current share price of $10.97 per share (as of market close on September 9, 2026), the distributions represent an annualized distribution rate of 13.29% (calculated by annualizing the distribution amount and dividing it by the current price).
Bluerock High Income Institutional Credit Fund (the "Fund" or the "High Income Fund" tickers: IIMAX, IIMCX, IIMWX) today announced its sixteenth consecutive regular quarterly distribution, generating an 8.5% current annualized distribution rate.1 Shareholders invested for the entire quarter will receive a total distribution of approximately $0.47 per share. Since its inception on June 21, 2022, the Fund has paid approximately $10.23 in total distributions per share.
