Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@rumor.io from your account’s email address. We process cancellations within two business days. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then, and you will not be charged again.
Refunds
- Monthly plans — we do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. Cancel any time to stop future charges.
- Annual plans — full refund if you request one within 14 days of the initial charge or of a renewal charge. After 14 days, we do not offer prorated refunds for the remainder of the year.
- Billing errors — duplicate charges, charges after cancellation, or incorrect amounts are refunded in full, whenever they occurred.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Disputes
If a charge looks wrong, contact us before disputing it with your card issuer — we answer within two business days and resolve legitimate billing problems without a fight. Chargebacks filed without contacting us may result in account suspension while we investigate.
